CloseReply is an AI-powered lead-response service. It connects to your Gmail account (via Google OAuth) to send and reply to email leads, and to your business phone number (via Twilio) to send and reply to SMS leads. It qualifies inbound leads, keeps conversations going, and — on applicable plans — alerts you when a conversation needs your personal attention.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use CloseReply. You're responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
CloseReply is offered on three paid plans — Starter ($149/mo), Growth ($299/mo), and Pro ($499/mo) — billed monthly. Every plan includes a 7-day free trial; no credit card charge occurs until the trial ends, and you'll be notified before any charge. There are no long-term contracts. Full plan feature breakdowns are available at closereply.com/#pricing.
You may cancel at any time from your account settings or via closereply.com/cancel. Cancellation requests are processed within 24 hours. Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that period ends.
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy: if CloseReply isn't working for your business within the first 7 days, contact support@closereply.com for a full refund, no questions asked.
You agree to use CloseReply only for lawful lead-communication purposes. You are responsible for ensuring you have valid consent from your leads/contacts to be messaged, and for complying with applicable telemarketing and messaging laws (including TCPA) in your jurisdiction. You may not use CloseReply to send unsolicited messages, spam, or content that is unlawful, deceptive, or harassing.
You retain ownership of your business content and the conversation data generated through your account. You grant CloseReply a limited license to process that content solely to operate and improve the service on your behalf. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is collected, stored, and protected.
We aim for high availability (published uptime and system status are visible on our Support page) but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. Scheduled maintenance and factors outside our control (including outages of Gmail or Twilio) may affect availability.
CloseReply is provided "as is." AI-generated replies are not guaranteed to be error-free, and you're responsible for reviewing how your AI agent is configured to represent your business. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloseReply's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of CloseReply after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@closereply.com.
