๐ŸŸข 7-Day Free Trial: Every CloseReply plan includes a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during this period. Cancel anytime before day 7 and you will never be billed.

Monthly Subscriptions

CloseReply subscriptions are billed monthly. Because we offer a 7-day free trial on all plans, we generally do not offer refunds for subscription charges after the trial period has ended.

However, we will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

โ€” You were charged after cancelling your subscription due to a technical error on our part.

โ€” The Service was completely unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to issues on our end.

โ€” You were charged twice for the same billing period.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period โ€” you retain access until then. We do not charge cancellation fees.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the circumstances above, contact us within 7 days of the charge at support@closereply.com with your account email and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to your original payment method via Paddle.
