Gmail (Google OAuth)

CloseReply connects to your Gmail account through Google's own secure OAuth login — the same one-click sign-in method used by thousands of apps. There are no forwarding rules to set up and no new email address to manage. Once connected, the Email Agent reads inbound emails to your real inbox and replies from your actual Gmail address within 60 seconds.

You can revoke this access at any time from your Google Account's connected-apps settings, and CloseReply stops reading your inbox immediately.

Twilio (SMS)

CloseReply uses Twilio to send and receive text messages on your business SMS number. Once connected, the SMS Agent (Growth plan and above) reads inbound texts and replies within 60 seconds, using the same conversation context as your Email Agent when Conversation Memory is enabled.

What CloseReply Doesn't Integrate With (Yet)

To be direct about scope: CloseReply does not currently sync with a CRM, connect to a calendar for booking, or integrate with review-management platforms. It's intentionally focused on one job — replying to inbound email and SMS leads fast — rather than being an all-in-one platform.

No. CloseReply connects directly to Gmail via Google OAuth and to your SMS number via Twilio — no middleware required.

Can I use CloseReply with just Gmail, no Twilio?

Yes. The Email Agent works with a Gmail connection alone and is included on every plan, starting with Starter. Twilio is only needed for the SMS Agent, available on the Growth plan and above.
